    Registration

    The following registration rules are applied to the CSA-15 conference. All inquiries concerning registration and payment should be addressed to Prof. Jungho Kang(kjh7548@naver.com)

    Registration Deadline

    All attendees at CSA-15 should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by Sep. 10. 2015. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to the journal special issues.

    · Early Registration by Sep. 10, 2015 - $780 USD or ₩780,000 KRW
    · Round 2 Registration by Oct. 5, 2015 - $870 USD or ₩870,000 KRW
    · Late registration - After Sep. 10, 2015 - $870 USD or ₩870,000 KRW

    For Non-Korean
    1. Sign on the registration page with your ID and password that are assigned to you when you submitted your paper to the system.

    2. After checking your paper ID, title, authors’ name, and e-mail information, please fill up the registration form, and upload your scanned copy of bank-wire receipt as well.
    3. Please double check your information before you complete
    4. (Non-author registration)
      1. Even if you are non-author, you should use the registration system.
      2. You should create your ID at the system ( - Abstract submission menu)
      3. Pls. input "non-author" at Paper Title and Abstract
      4. Pls. go to the step 1 ~3.

      Registration Fees

      Author Registration
      • Early Registration by Sep. 10, 2015 - $780 USD or ₩780,000 KRW
      • Late/on-site registration - After Sep. 10, 2015 - $870 USD or ₩870,000 KRW
      • Round 2
      • Early Registration by Oct. 5, 2015 - $870 USD or ₩870,000 KRW
      • To be published in the CSA-15 conference proceeding, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at this author registration rate and the paper must be presented at the conference.
      • It includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.

      Non-Authors Participation Registration
      • Early Registration by Sep. 10, 2015 - $600 USD or ₩600,000 KRW
      • Late/on-site registration after Sep 10, 2015 - $800 USD or ₩800,000 KRW
      • It includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.

      Additional Fees
      • Extra pages
        o $100 USD or ₩100,000 KRW for one additional page.
        o It is only concerned to the LNEE publication, and page allowance is as follows: maximum 8 pages (Free 6 pages + 2 additional pages for each paper).
      • Copies of proceedings
        o $100 USD or ₩100,000 KRW for one copy of additional proceeding.
      • Banquet Participation
        o $100 USD or ₩100,000 KRW for one person
        Organization members or PC members can use a voucher ($80 USD or ₩80,000 KRW ) for the deduction of a registration (please do not use this voucher with two or more registrations.
        It can be used for only one registration).

      Cancellation Policy

      ● 50% of the registration fee can be returned within one week after author registration, otherwise, the refund is NOT allowed.
      ● For authors who want to cancel the registration after the review notification, we only refund 50% of the registration fee within one week after the review notification.
